For purposes of managing activities, we ask participants to disclose to the activity leader any health conditions that may impact their ability to complete the activity safely. We do not store this information.

- to send out activity information and newsletters to members
- to allow activity leaders to organise activities
- to allow members to collaborate on an activity such as car-pooling
- to reach emergency contacts in case of an incident
- to provide requested information to emergency services in an emergency situation

The Associations Incorporation Act requires that members have access to the membership register, but this is for the purposes of furthering the associations objectives including the need for members to contact other members.
